Return and cancellation policy

Detoxpureflex delivers planning, coordination, and hospitality services rather than retail parcels. The rules below describe how cancellations, credits, and refunds operate once a written proposal is accepted.

Cooling-off for exploratory calls

Initial discovery calls booked through the Site incur no fee. Cancelling such calls requires no notice beyond courtesy.

Deposits for scheduled programmes

When a proposal lists a deposit, it secures calendar time and procurement slots. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel for operational reasons. If you cancel more than ten business days before the first service date, we refund fifty percent of the deposit. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit to cover committed supplier orders.

Partial performance

If a programme begins and external factors beyond either party’s control prevent completion, we invoice only for completed service days and return any prepaid balance for future days within fourteen days.

Quality concerns

Report service issues within twenty-four hours of each event window. We investigate with photographs and staff notes. Where a shortfall is substantiated, we may offer a credit note toward a future engagement rather than cash refunds, unless Australian consumer law requires otherwise.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees

Our services may be covered by statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law including that services be supplied with due care and skill, be fit for any disclosed purpose, and be delivered within a reasonable time when no time is set. Remedies may include resupply of the service or a refund where a major failure occurs. These guarantees exist alongside the policies above and are not displaced by commercial credit notes except where the law permits.

Regulatory contacts

For general consumer information visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at https://www.accc.gov.au/. Queensland consumers may also contact the Office of Fair Trading Queensland.
